RECIPE INGREDIENTS:

1 can (8 oz.) - Tomato
Sauce, (divided)
2 lb. - Ground
Beef
1 lb - Bulk
Pork Sausage
salt & pepper
seasoned only
1 - Medium Onion,
Chopped
1 cup - Fresh
Bread Crumbs
1/3 cup - A-1
Original Steak
Sauce
2 - Eggs
Beaten
1/2 tsp. - Ground
Black Pepper
1 - Small Green
Pepper, Chopped |

KC's A-1 Meatloaf |
KC's version of a recipe
Preparation:
1. Heat oven to 350°F.
2. RESERVE half the tomato sauce. Mix remaining
tomato sauce with remaining ingredients.
3. PRESS meat mixture into 9x5-inch loaf pan.
4. BAKE 1 hour or until done (160ºF), draining fat
and topping meatloaf with reserved sauce
after 50 min.
KC's Tips: Balance this entree with smart side
dishes. Choose a spinach salad and hot steamed
green vegetable.
NOTE:
Buy “Salt & Pepper ONLY” seasoned sausage.
CAUTION: Many outlets say it is, but still have
“SausageSeasoning” in it. Some shops insist
on a minimum purchase of 5# to make it for you
and some will not make it for you at all. Find it!
