RECIPE INGREDIENTS:

1 lb - ground beef
1 lb. - bulk pork sausage
see NOTE: below prep
information
1 cup - - Italian-style
Dry Bread Crumbs
Walmart "Great Value"
Lowest Sodium
available
2 - eggs
3 Tbsp -
parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp - parsley
1 tsp - oregano
1 garlic cloves ( minced)
TOPPING INGREDIENTS:
2 Tbsp -
Splenda Brown Sugar
Blend
1 Tbsp - mustard
1/4 cup - catsup

KC's version of "Italian Meatloaf" |
Preparation:
1. Mix all ingredients together as listed.
2. Turn mixture into rectangular baking dish.
Using hands, shape into a 9x5-inch loaf.
Make shallow indentation around sides.
3. Mix topping ingredients together and spread
over top of meat, covering completely.
4. Bake@ 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
NOTE: Buy salt & pepper seasoned only bulk sausage.
You may be asked to buy a 5# minimum.
CAUTION: Some stores add "sausage seasoning"
to salt & pepper only.
All recipes are outstanding when using sausage
without "sausage seasoning" ! Recipes take on a
whole new flavor with out it. |
